I watched a girl behind me drive 5 miles texting the whole way. I wanted to jump out at a light and scream at her. Twice she almost ran into construction gates where the two lanes went to one lane.  I just didn't want to be hit by a car where that person maybe texting as well. 

And I'm pretty sure 911 would not care.
